Who is responsible

Line by Line, LLC operates Cheetah Run (also called 치타야 달려) and this website. Our privacy contact handles access, correction, and deletion requests at info@cheetahrun.xyz.

Information we handle

• Account and plan: your email address or Apple sign-in identity, account identifier, optional display name, training goal, fitness level, and plan progress.
• Workouts: session name and date, duration, distance, pace, completion, and any activity details you record. With location permission, recorded runs can include GPS route points. If you run with a friend, the record can include that friend's device name.
• On your device: a profile photo you choose is saved locally, not uploaded by the app. Music-library access is used for playback controls, not to upload your music library.
• Optional device features: location can be used during an active run, including while the screen is locked or the app is in the background. With your permission, completed workouts can be written to Apple Health; the Watch app can access live workout metrics such as heart rate and distance.
• Service operation: our API processes authentication and requests. Infrastructure request logs contain request identifiers, status, and latency and are retained for seven days. Separate account-linked operation records note actions such as saving a run, changing a goal, or changing an assistant connection. Our website hosting provider may also process ordinary connection information needed to deliver the pages.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, build and resume your training plan, guide and record runs, sync your history across devices, show progress, operate optional pairing and Health features, prevent misuse, and keep the service working.

Where it goes

Supabase provides authentication and stores synced app data. Our AWS API processes app and connector requests. These services may process data in the United States and South Korea. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

If you choose to connect an external AI assistant, you approve a read-only connection. It can request your next workout, upcoming workouts, training progress, and summaries of your synced workout history and statistics. The connector does not provide GPS route points or a running partner's name. The assistant's own privacy terms govern what it does after receiving those summaries. You can disconnect it in the assistant or on our connector management website; our API checks the current grant before each read.

Apple Health receives workout data only when you grant the relevant permission. Nearby pairing can exchange information with the person you choose to run with, including a device name. We do not upload your profile photo or music library through these features.

Your choices and requests

You can decline optional location, Health, photo, music, and nearby-device permissions; some features will then be unavailable or less accurate. You can manage device permissions in iOS Settings and disconnect an AI assistant in that assistant or on our connector management website. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your Cheetah Run account and data by emailing info@cheetahrun.xyz. We may need to verify that the request is yours. The current test build's in-app account-deletion action is not yet operational; we are fixing it before a public App Store submission.

Retention and security

We keep account data, synced workout data, and account-linked operation records while you use the account and as needed to operate the service or meet applicable obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed and processed subject to legal or security retention requirements; an app deletion does not erase copies already written to Apple Health or held by an external assistant. Infrastructure request logs are retained for seven days. We use authenticated access and encrypted network connections, but no service can promise absolute security.

This website, children, and changes

This static website does not offer an account, collect email addresses through a form, load third-party analytics, or set marketing cookies. The app is not designed for children to use without appropriate parental guidance. If you believe a child's information was provided improperly, contact us. We may update this policy as the app changes; the effective date above will be updated.
